Founding Engineer for Healthcare Startup

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Engineer/Architect to build a women's health intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Version 1 of the health intelligence platform, making foundational technical decisions
• Develop backend infrastructure, APIs, and data models for personalized health insights
• Create ETL pipelines for data integration from various sources while ensuring data integrity and HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of building complex products
• Strong backend and infrastructure expertise, including system architecture and APIs
• Experience with health data integrations and healthcare interoperability standards
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and security compliance
• Experience with AI/ML implementation and familiarity with AI-native development tools
