Key Responsibilities

• Build the V1 clinical operations layer, designing and shipping core systems for patient experience and therapist workflows
• Lead AI innovation by building and scaling AI-native features such as speech-to-text triage and intelligent intake
• Set the technical bar and grow the engineering team through major technical decisions, coding, and mentoring

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of experience in engineering roles, preferably in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Fluency across the stack, capable of architecting scalable solutions from backend to frontend
• A mission-driven leader passionate about addressing the mental health crisis for older adults
• Desire to build with urgency and precision, demonstrating a track record of excellence
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, designers, and founders to iterate and improve quickly
