Founding GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding GTM Engineer to lead the Growth Engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own systems that aggregate and transform signals for outbound and growth efforts
• Design and implement automations and internal tools to enhance account engagement
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data to create scalable technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building and maintaining production software in growth, product, marketing, or sales environments
• Strong proficiency in Python; Node.js experience is a plus
• Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce and Outreach
• Comfort in building internal tools and data-driven workflows
• Prior people leadership experience or readiness to step into a team-lead role
