Founding GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To drive pipeline generation and account expansion, the full-time Founding GTM Engineer will architect and implement systems and automations that enhance growth across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, while working remotely or from Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the pipeline generation system, driving measurable increases in qualified leads and account expansion
• Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows to enhance efficiency and conversion rates across GTM systems
• Map the prospect-to-customer journey to identify bottlenecks and optimize the tech stack for growth capacity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, RevOps, or related fields
• Proven ability to design and build automation workflows across GTM systems
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration tools
• Excellent analytical and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
