Founding GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the pipeline and driving measurable growth outcomes, the full-time Founding GTM Engineer will architect and automate systems for generating qualified pipeline and expanding customer success, while working remotely or onsite in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline number and the systems that produce it, driving increases in qualified pipeline and account expansion
• Design and implement automation and AI-powered solutions across GTM systems to enhance efficiency and conversion rates
• Map the full prospect-to-customer journey to identify bottlenecks and optimize the tech stack for growth capacity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, RevOps, or related fields
• Proven experience designing and building automation workflows across GTM systems
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered technologies and workflow orchestration tools
• Strong technical fluency with CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot
• Excellent analytical and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
