Founding GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To drive pipeline growth and account expansion, the remote Founding GTM Engineer will own the pipeline metrics, architect growth systems, and implement automation and AI solutions to enhance GTM operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline number and the systems that generate it, driving measurable increases in qualified pipeline and account expansion
• Design and build automation and AI-powered solutions to improve engagement and conversion across GTM systems
• Map and audit the prospect-to-customer journey to identify bottlenecks and improve data flow and system efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, RevOps, Sales/Marketing Systems, Growth, or Automation Engineering
• Proven experience designing and building automation workflows across GTM systems
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered technologies and workflow orchestration tools
• Strong technical fluency, including experience with Salesforce, APIs, and integrations
• Excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
