Job Summary
Owning both sales and marketing for the company, the remote Founding Head of Growth will manage the sales process from initial conversations to signed contracts while executing the internal marketing strategy for a specialized Meta advertising agency serving Registered Investment Advisors and independent financial advisory firms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales pipeline, including introductory calls, strategy presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Develop and execute the internal marketing strategy, including Meta advertising campaigns, content creation, and brand positioning
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, objection libraries, and follow-up sequences to enhance the sales process
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience, with a proven track record in sales, particularly in professional services
- Demonstrated history of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation, with a significant portion from commissions
- Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, and strong knowledge of digital marketing
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, for pipeline management and reporting
- Ability to operate independently across both sales and marketing functions while being based in the United States
