Founding Product Designer

Job Summary

As the first designer in a full-time remote position, the Founding Product Designer will establish the design foundations for the product, leading the design of complex clinical and operational workflows while collaborating closely with the CTO and engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Establish Bridge's design system, including visual foundations and UX patterns
• Lead design for complex product workflows, iterating based on user research and feedback
• Own the experience and clarity of onboarding and product content, ensuring effective communication

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, particularly in zero-to-one and early-stage environments
• Deep experience with complex B2B workflows and established design systems
• Strong product analytics fluency and experience with workflow research and usability testing
• Experience in carrying design through implementation, UX QA, and iteration
• Basic front-end fluency, including making small React/CSS PRs
