Founding Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Founding Product Manager, the full-time hybrid role will collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and CTO to drive product execution, set the product vision, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Scope engineering work, write detailed specifications, and make technical trade-off decisions
• Utilize AI tools throughout the product development workflow and engage with customers to gather feedback
• Run agile sprints to maintain project momentum and ensure alignment with product goals

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience in a high-growth startup, preferably in tech, B2B SaaS, or healthtech
• Strong technical background, including a CS degree or equivalent experience, with the ability to read code and understand system design
• Proven experience using AI tools and familiarity with major AI models
• Demonstrated ability to execute projects independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration between engineering, design, and business teams
