Founding Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the design and delivery of the AI Corps platform, the full-time Founding Product Manager will define the roadmap, manage deployment with enterprise partners, and ensure quality metrics are met while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the AI Corps platform roadmap, prioritizing fellow, partner, and program needs
• Establish metrics to measure platform success, focusing on fellow engagement and partner satisfaction
• Collaborate with enterprise partners and internal teams to translate commercial needs into successful product features

Required qualifications

• Proven experience building a product from inception to commercial scale, ideally in a hypergrowth environment
• Daily application of AI in workflows, demonstrating efficiency in prototyping and analysis
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution across commercial and technical teams
• Experience working closely with Sales or Customer Success teams to identify product gaps
• Strong analytical skills to define relevant metrics and interpret data effectively
