Founding Product Manager

Job Summary

As an early product leader, the full-time Founding Product Manager will define and launch AI-first products from scratch, driving product execution and collaboration across engineering, design, and clinical teams, either in New York City or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product execution end-to-end, acting as the central bridge across founders, engineering, design, and clinical teams
• Create AI voice-powered coaches to support cognitive health and wellness for patients
• Build and scale AI-native features for healthcare providers, enhancing care navigation and documentation processes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of product experience, ideally in fast-paced startup environments
• Technical fluency with React, Typescript, Node.js, and modern AI tools is a plus
• Strong intuition for user needs and a deep curiosity about business and clinical problems
• Instinctive understanding of LLMs, agents, and automation in healthcare
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and tackle open-ended problems quickly
