Founding Product Manager for Agents

Job Summary

Owning the development and execution of agent-building tools, the full-time Founding Product Manager for Agents will manage the entire lifecycle from discovery to product launch, ensuring a seamless experience for both technical and non-technical users in a hybrid NYC/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development of natural language to working agent processes, including self-improvement and versioning
• Manage event-based triggers, scheduling, and model routing for agent runtime operations
• Drive growth initiatives focused on improving time-to-first-working-agent and enabling self-service paths for users

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in developer tools or automation products
• Experience as a founder or early product manager, with a proven ability to build product processes from the ground up
• Demonstrated success in shipping builder or automation surfaces, with knowledge of product-led growth strategies
• Technical proficiency in reading code, API/SDK design, and understanding agent frameworks
• Strong writing skills, capable of producing clear product requirement documents (PRDs)
