Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Product Marketer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Account Management, and Marketing to design and execute sales GTM strategies
  • Own and evolve messaging, value proposition, and product differentiation for effective communication to HR professionals
  • Create impactful content and drive launch strategies for new products and features while measuring productivity of Sales and GTM teams
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, product marketing, or sales enablement, particularly in SaaS B2B markets
  • 3+ years of leadership experience preferred, with a focus on building team infrastructure
  • Ability to adapt and implement feedback in a fast-paced environment with high-performance expectations
  • Strong ability to create effective written and visual teaching materials
  • Experience with sales technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is a plus
