Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Product Operations professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate alpha testing, collect usability insights, and ensure readiness for broader rollout
• Investigate complex escalations from Support and work with various teams to resolve issues
• Create documentation and playbooks to prevent recurring problems

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Product Ops, Biz Ops, TPM, or similar roles at early-stage companies
• Ability to take ownership and follow through on cross-team issues until resolved
• Technical curiosity with a comfort in exploring APIs, logs, and data
• Experience working with external vendors and partners effectively
• Familiarity with healthcare, diagnostics, or lab operations is a plus
