Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Founding Sales Executive to build market presence, manage pipeline, and close deals for a renewal enhancement platform, focusing on complex technology solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and targeted account development
- Run end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Educate buyers on the value of the platform and translate customer feedback into strategic decisions
Required qualifications
- 6 - 10 years of B2B SaaS or complex technology sales experience
- Proven track record of closing multi-stakeholder deals in the $50K-$250K ACV range
- Ability to independently source and close pipeline without reliance on BDRs or inbound leads
- Strong understanding of recurring-revenue metrics and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Experience selling highly conceptual and configurable solutions with unique customer deployments
