Job Summary
To drive new business growth for a high-growth AI product, the full-time remote Founding Sales Lead will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while shaping the go-to-market strategy and building a repeatable outbound sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Develop and execute outbound strategies across various channels to generate qualified leads
- Provide structured customer insights and market feedback to inform product and pricing strategies
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales with a strong closing track record
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
- Strong hunter mentality with a focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
