Job Summary

To drive new business growth for an innovative AI product, the full-time remote Founding Sales Lead will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building a repeatable outbound strategy and shaping the go-to-market approach.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, negotiations, and customer handoff
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies across various channels to generate qualified leads
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales with a strong closing track record
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and a hunter mentality
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
