Job Summary
Seeking a Founding SDR for DACH Markets, this full-time remote position will focus on launching and scaling outbound sales efforts, identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new deals, primarily through cold calling
- Manage the sales pipeline by making 100 cold calls daily and utilizing email and LinkedIn for outreach support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for building the sales pipeline and expanding the business
Required qualifications
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to engage prospects in DACH markets
- Proven track record of exceeding personal and professional sales goals
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement in sales techniques
- Customer-focused sales approach with an understanding of client needs
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to share successful strategies
