Key Responsibilities:
  • Own day-to-day performance of US outbound reps across various metrics
  • Listen to calls and provide structured coaching and feedback
  • Drive adoption of outbound workflows, scripts, and activation processes
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of outbound sales experience and 1+ year in sales management
  • Proven track record leading SMB BDR teams or excelling as an AE in the SMB space
  • Experience in coaching, performance management, and KPI-driven execution
  • Strong leadership presence with hands-on feedback capability
  • Experience with HubSpot for pipeline management and reporting
