Founding Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time Founding Software Engineer working remotely, the successful candidate will build AI and automation systems to enhance Leap's clinical and business operations, owning significant areas of product, data, infrastructure, and automation while collaborating closely with various teams to improve care delivery and internal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build LLM agents and automation pipelines to replace manual operational workflows
• Own and ship both internal and external products used by clinical teams and partners
• Design and maintain HIPAA-compliant data architecture and shared services

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience building AI systems in production
• TypeScript-native, full-stack generalist with frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure skills
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality code, UI, and documentation
• Experience as an early employee, solo tech lead, or founder
• Proficient in using AI in development workflows
