Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and measure financial performance, lead budgeting process, and improve performance
Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts, and manage key delivery KPIs
Support development of financial models, tools, and processes to enhance decision making

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in FP&A within professional services or supporting P&L owners
Direct experience with management reporting and financial analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
