Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of financial drivers and levers that impact the P&L
  • Generate accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders
  • Support post-merger integration by providing financial insights and support

Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in financial analysis and M&A modeling
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 2 to 4 years' experience in FP&A or M&A positions
  • Prior experience supporting a growing technology or eLearning SaaS organization preferred
