Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Clerk/Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete data entry and follow-up procedures for accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
  • Prepare and submit MIP and Recurring Invoices, manage AR Aging and Customer Collections
  • Conduct peer review of financial operation accounting transactions, prepare standard financial analysis and ad hoc finance projects

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Basic math skills to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups
  • Intermediate skills with Desktop publishing, Microsoft Office Suite and Online Help
