FP and A Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Finance division, the full-time FP&A Analyst will manage month-end reporting, lead the annual budgeting process, and partner with regional directors to analyze financial performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own month-end reporting and regional P&L analysis while developing financial models for site-level performance
• Lead the annual budgeting process for site operations, including site-level budgets and capital expenditures
• Collaborate with Controllership and Revenue Cycle teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive FP&A experience, with 1-2 years in clinical trials or healthcare
• Experience supporting multi-site operations through financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with large datasets and ERP systems; NetSuite and Power BI experience preferred
• Strong healthcare finance experience with advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
