Job Summary

- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis
- Collaborate with teams to support strategic initiatives and process improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with financial modeling expertise
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is optional but impressive
