Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and reporting to executive management regarding key financial metrics and initiatives
• Assist in the development and management of the annual budget, forecasting, and monthly close processes
• Identify and implement process improvements across various departments to enhance financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
