FP and A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager - Operations & Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a master COGS report and oversee cost performance initiatives
• Drive the reforecast streamlining initiative for a rolling 12-month model across the business
• Serve as the financial partner to engineering leaders, evaluating product roadmap ROI and managing project spend

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering with a financial emphasis
• 5-7 years of FP&A experience in a Hardware, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environment
• Understanding of COGS/inventory accounting and R&D capitalization/SaaS metrics
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
