FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their finance organization and support various business units with financial planning and analysis tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, cost, and staff utilization
• Review complex data for accuracy and provide analysis to Finance Leads
• Assist in creating budgets, forecasts, and financial models for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• Intermediate level Excel skills, including graphs, formulas, and pivot tables
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Access, and experience with SQL and/or relational databases preferred
• 1-3 years of professional experience preferred
