FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst to support business performance analysis and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Create and maintain performance prediction models and analyze variances between actual results and forecasts
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a highly quantitative field
• Experience working in a startup environment
