FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the financial planning cycle, including annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts
• Collaborate with business leaders to align financial goals with business objectives
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field from a top academic institution
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting, or equivalent experience
• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance at a tech startup is a plus
• Proficiency in financial modeling and investor-grade presentations
• Ability to quickly learn BI tools, SQL, and basic Python
