FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Analyst to build financial literacy and drive profitability across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and budget owners to manage forecasts and financial KPIs
• Assist in preparing board presentations and provide business analysis and financial modeling
• Perform cost control analysis and ensure accurate financial reporting with accounting teams

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience as a FP&A Analyst
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google applications
• Hands-on experience with budget models and rolling forecasts
• Experience with planning and budget management across multiple departments
• Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, startup environment
