FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and analysis in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and analytical frameworks for KPI management and strategic decisions
• Lead the automation of FP&A processes and reporting to enhance workflow efficiency
• Create reports and presentations that convert complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in SaaS FP&A or Corporate Finance
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with SQL, PowerBI, or Looker is a plus
• Experience with AI tools in a finance role
• Strong analytical judgment with model creation and reporting capabilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and various teams
