FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and analysis in a rapidly growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and analytical frameworks for KPI management and strategic decisions
• Lead the automation of FP&A processes and reporting using AI and other resources
• Create reports and presentations that translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in SaaS FP&A or Corporate Finance
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with SQL, PowerBI, or Looker is a plus
• Experience working with AI tools in a finance role
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to prioritize and analyze financial data
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with company leadership and various teams
