FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the consolidated forecast model, including cost modules and cash flow forecasting
• Support monthly close processes by reconciling accounts and preparing variance analysis
• Collaborate with department leaders to validate budget assumptions and develop KPI tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a related analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills
• Solid understanding of full P&L, including COGS and gross margin dynamics
• Experience with EPM tools, preferably Workday Adaptive Planning
