FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and evaluation of the business's fiscal function and performance
• Create annual budgets and track monthly performance against those budgets
• Provide monthly analysis of actual results to budgeted results for each reporting unit

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance or accounting
• Minimum of 1 year of finance and accounting experience in a growing organization
• Prior experience within a corporate or business unit finance organization
• Experience in a collaborative, matrixed organization is preferred
• Insurance brokerage experience is a plus
