FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed variance analysis and explain results vs. forecast and prior periods
• Deliver monthly management reporting packages for senior leadership with accuracy and timeliness
• Develop presentations and forecast outputs for management and executive audiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a related analytical role
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with financial planning and reporting tools is preferred
