FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst to support its financial planning and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and build structured financial models for decision-making and actionable insights
• Contribute to S&OP processes, including inventory forecasting and pricing support
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, month-end close support, and departmental reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or related fields
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel modeling skills
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools integrated into analytical workflows
• Strong analytical skills with an intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand underlying data drivers
