FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and decision-making through financial modeling and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for bookings, ARR, and scenario analysis
• Own department-level budget models for GTM functions and support the annual operating plan and forecasting processes
• Analyze actuals vs forecast and prepare variance explanations for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields
• Strong command of SaaS financial metrics and advanced Excel skills
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, or RevOps
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated interest in emerging AI technologies and their application within FP&A
