FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst will manage planning processes, cost and cash performance, and scenario-based decision support to enhance financial forecasting and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly rolling forecasts and quarterly outlooks for assigned business areas
• Analyze OPEX, SG&A, headcount, and key cash and working capital drivers
• Build and maintain scenario models and decision support tools for finance leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, cost finance, or a closely related role
• Demonstrated experience supporting planning and forecasting processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience analyzing cost, headcount, and cash or working capital drivers
