FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Driving financial planning and analysis, the remote FP&A Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for a high-growth fintech company, partnering with various teams to support operational complexity and M&A activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Own financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting across multiple business lines
• Deliver accurate monthly close analysis and board-ready reporting in collaboration with Accounting and leadership teams
• Support M&A activities through due diligence, integration modeling, and ROI analysis

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large datasets and business intelligence tools
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high executive visibility and shifting priorities
