FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial planning and analysis, the fully remote FP&A Analyst will manage business intelligence reporting, cash flow modeling, and financial reporting while collaborating with various leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate dashboards and reporting structures to ensure accurate business intelligence reporting
• Run and manage the company's cash flow model, providing visibility into cash expectations
• Perform detailed analysis on monthly P&L trends and support sales performance and commission calculations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or a similar analytical role
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with KPI tracking and variance analysis
