FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support operational and strategic decision-making, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst will provide analytical and consultative support, manage expense budgets, and lead cross-functional projects while ensuring accurate forecasts and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain expense budgets and forecasts in collaboration with business partners
• Provide detailed monthly financial reports and insightful commentary on actual results
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance financial processes and communication across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Netsuite preferred
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts
• Analytical experience working with complex data sets
