FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with regional business leaders, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst will manage site-level financials, conduct detailed analyses to drive insights, and support the month-end close process while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize revenue growth and gross margin opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce site-level financials, including monthly P&Ls, budgets, and baseline analyses
• Track economic factors affecting forecasts and communicate findings throughout the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven business cases

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant financial analyst experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy
• Exceptional Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including financial modeling
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Healthcare preferred
• Experience as an auditor in the healthcare or pharmacy space is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial attitude
