FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and analysis for diverse business units, the remote FP&A Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, taking ownership of spreadsheet models and financial data
• Prepare regular financial reports and variance analyses across business units
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and scenario planning

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A or corporate reporting
• Experience in the video game industry strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency with AI tools and familiarity with Power Query or similar dataset tools is a plus
