FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Providing hands-on support for financial close and forecasting, the remote contract FP&A Analyst will manage month-end actuals, variance analysis, and assist with process improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end actuals and BvA reporting creation, including data validation and preparation of management-ready reports
• Assist in the preparation and validation of financial reporting and close deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Procurement to support approval workflows and provide guidance on spend management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, with experience in both FP&A and Accounting
• Strong understanding of month-end close processes and financial controls
• Hands-on experience with forecasts, budgets, and management reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems
