FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support the financial planning and reporting engine, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst will maintain the company forecast model, prepare budget vs. actuals reporting, and provide decision support for leadership in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the company forecast model, including revenue assumptions, expense forecasts, and cash forecasting
• Prepare monthly budget vs. actuals reporting to inform leadership on financial performance and future actions
• Partner with department owners to provide visibility into spend, budgets, forecasts, and material risks

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling skills with experience in forecasts, budgets, and scenario analysis
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Strong understanding of SaaS or subscription business metrics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, economics, or a related analytical field
