FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a high-performing FP&A Analyst, the full-time remote position will support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis while collaborating with senior leadership to enhance decision-making and drive value creation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting needs, including forecasting and management reporting
• Develop business insights and partner with leaders to improve decision-making and performance across functions
• Assist in annual budgeting and monitor performance against budget metrics to ensure business goals are met

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting
• Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue business models
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities with strong Excel proficiency
• Experience working with ERP and planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive)
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear executive-level insights
