FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and analysis activities, the full-time FP&A Analyst will work remotely to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while providing actionable insights to enhance financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes across healthcare operations
• Analyze key healthcare operating metrics and partner with revenue cycle teams to evaluate revenue trends and performance
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and communicate financial results to leadership and operational teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or healthcare finance
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to analyze financial and operational performance data
