FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To drive strategic financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst will lead critical financial processes, build advanced financial models, and manage departmental reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes, including forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-range planning
• Manage departmental and consolidated reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and BI/reporting platforms
• Exposure to international teams, with US/UK/EU market experience preferred
