FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Finance team in a hybrid environment, the entry-level FP&A Analyst will assist in delivering financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical work to help the business understand its performance and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management reporting packages
• Assist with maintaining and updating financial models, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct research and build basic analyses to answer defined business questions with guidance from senior team members

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are considered
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or financial planning tools is a meaningful plus
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn the mechanics of a SaaS business model
